CAN LIFTING WEIGHTS MAKE ME LOOK MANLY?

On average, men produce ten times more testosterone than females. Unless you are a female who is taking anabolic steroids or other male hormones, lifting weights will NOT make you look like a man!

DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS?

As of January 2020, I will be offering personalized enrollment programs. I will be accepting a set number of clients each month that I will work with personally. This will involve a personalized exercise program, personalized meal plans, supplement recommendations etc., based off your individual goals/needs. This will involve check ins, one on one communication with myself, access to my personal app and ongoing support.

CAN MALES USE THIS PLAN OR IS IT JUST FOR WOMEN?

Of course, in fact I encourage them to do so. As I mentioned before, men produce on average ten times the amount of testosterone that we do as woman, therefore their body composition is completely different. There is also a huge difference in muscle mass distribution between male and female; meaning regardless of performing the same exercises it's chemically impossible for men to notice the same body adaptations that women would typically see.
